General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between NW PK and its users ("you" or "member"). NW PK is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

Account Registration & Usage

• Keep your account password and login details private — do not share them with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact NW PK support immediately.
• Managing an account through a third party is prohibited.
• NW PK may request the necessary documents for account verification (KYC) — please provide them promptly.
• The account name, date of birth, and national ID number cannot be changed.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Users must be at least a minimum age to open an account and participate in games or betting on NW PK 18 years NW PK's services are strictly off-limits to anyone under the legal age.

NW PK may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for age verification at the time of registration or at any point thereafter. If a member is found to have registered using a false age, the account and all associated funds will be permanently forfeited.

• Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing the platform.
• NW PK recommends the use of parental control software.

Betting Rules & Game Regulations

All bets placed on NW PK are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven. In Live Betting, odds may change at any time, and the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.

If a match or event is cancelled, suspended, or ends before the scheduled time, bets will be settled in accordance with NW PK's own policy. In most cases, the stake will be refunded or the bet settled as a draw.

• Exploiting system errors or bugs to place bets or gain winnings will result in account termination.
• Any evidence of match-fixing or gaining unfair advantages will result in the forfeiture of all winnings.
• Betting on the same event with multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet amounts are set separately for each market and event.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

NW PK supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The payment method used for withdrawal must match the one used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 | Maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 (per day).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 | Maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (per day).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal limits will apply until KYC verification is complete.
• NW PK reserves the right to suspend and investigate any transaction suspected of money laundering.
• Deposited funds may be withdrawn before bonus wagering requirements are met, but doing so will forfeit the bonus.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

NW PK offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and more. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 5x–20x must be met (varies by bonus).
• Each member may participate in any given promotion once only.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses typically expire within 7–30 days of being issued.
• NW PK reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at its discretion.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Policy

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

Account Closure & Suspension

NW PK reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward other members or staff.
• Involvement in money laundering or any illegal activity.

NW PK is not obligated to provide a reason for account closure. However, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless fraud has been established.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact NW PK's customer support first. Most disputes are resolved within 72 hours.

• Deadline for submitting a complaint: within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• In the event of a dispute, NW PK's system logs will be treated as the definitive evidence.
• If the matter is unresolved through support, you may appeal to the relevant regulatory authority.

Amendments to Terms & Their Effect

NW PK reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you have the option to close your account.
